Professional Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the state of Florida in 2002 for the purpose of tax preparation, accounting services and business consulting. Initially, the firm was incorporated under the name of Office Solutions Unlimited. However, in 2003, as the demand for financial services to foreign national investors increased, Office Solutions Unlimited adopted the name change to Professional Accounting & Tax Services, Inc.
Professional Accounting & Tax Services, Inc is solely owned and managed by Linda Angeles. Ms. Angeles is an Accredited Tax Preparer® and business consultant serving the Central Florida area, where she has resided since 1992. Linda earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Queens College, N.Y.C. and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation. She capitalizes on the idea that our economy thrives on small business ownership. For over 20 years, Linda has assisted businesses from various industries to increase production and aided entrepreneurs to realize the dream of owning an enterprise. South American born, Linda is also involved in serving the Hispanic community offering consulting assistance to Spanish-speaking business owners and capitalists. Linda is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. Although selling real estate is not her main focus, she does devote hours to research in market trends and statistics. “Understanding the real estate market and changes in its trends is vital in knowing how to help taxpayers – whether it’s planning for a future retirement or acquiring a business.”, she comments.
Professional Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. assists a large number of Non-U.S. taxpayers who own investment vacation homes in Florida. The vacation home industry is very active in the Central Florida area where the firm teams up with property management companies to help homeowners know their tax obligations. U.S. residents are more familiar with tax laws, however, foreign nationals may not have access to such readily information.
